1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, activating, accessing or using Bechify POS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not install, activate or use the software.

2. Software License

Bechify POS is licensed, not sold. The software, source code, cloud services, databases, reports, designs, branding, trademarks, logos and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of RedLionsTech.

Customers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Bechify POS according to the purchased license plan and only while the subscription remains active and fully paid.

No ownership rights are transferred to the customer under any plan, subscription, invoice, purchase, free license or promotional offer.

3. Subscription-Based Product Rental

License fees are not merely support fees. License fees represent payment for the authorized use of the Bechify POS software platform, licensed modules, security systems, licensing infrastructure, cloud services, updates and related product functionality.

Your right to use the software continues only while your license or subscription is active, valid and paid according to the selected plan.

4. Pricing and Payment

Bechify POS may offer monthly, annual, one-time setup, custom enterprise or promotional pricing plans. Pricing may vary according to features, number of branches, number of devices, FBR integration, cloud services, support level, deployment requirements and custom business needs.

All fees must be paid on time according to the agreed billing cycle. RedLionsTech may change pricing, packages, modules or plan structure in the future. Existing customers may be notified when changes affect their active license or renewal.

5. Free Licenses, Trials and Promotional Access

From time to time, Bechify POS may provide free licenses, trial licenses, promotional licenses or limited-feature licenses.

• Free or trial licenses may contain limited functionality.
• Free or trial licenses may have time limits, device limits, branch limits or feature restrictions.
• Free or trial licenses may expire automatically.
• Free or trial licenses may be modified, suspended or discontinued at any time.
• Free usage does not create any right to permanent free access.
• Premium features may require a paid license even if the base software is downloaded for free.

6. Feature-Based Licensing

Bechify POS features may vary depending on the active license plan. Some features may require a paid plan, upgraded plan, separate module, add-on or enterprise agreement.

Feature-based licensing may apply to, but is not limited to:

• FBR Digital Invoicing
• Daily Z-Report Submission
• Cloud Synchronization
• Online Dashboard
• Multi-Branch Management
• Warehouse Management
• Stock Transfers
• Restaurant POS Features
• Advanced Reporting
• API Access and Integrations
• Priority Support
• Future Premium Modules

RedLionsTech reserves the right to add, remove, restrict, modify or reclassify features under different license plans as the product evolves.

7. License Validation

Bechify POS may periodically validate licenses through local and online verification systems. License validation may include license key verification, store ID verification, machine ID verification, subscription status verification and feature authorization.

The software may restrict access when the license is expired, unpaid, suspended, invalid, tampered with, shared without permission or used outside the allowed license scope.

8. Non-Payment and Suspension

If payment is not received on time, RedLionsTech may:

• Disable premium features.
• Disable cloud synchronization and online dashboards.
• Restrict FBR integration or reporting services.
• Restrict multi-branch or multi-device usage.
• Disable updates or online services.
• Suspend or terminate the software license.
• Block future activation until outstanding dues are cleared.

Customers remain responsible for all unpaid fees, invoices, subscription charges and other amounts incurred before suspension or termination.

9. Unauthorized Use

You may not:

• Copy, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software without written permission.
• Share license keys with unauthorized users, branches, stores or third parties.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, modify or tamper with the software.
• Bypass license validation, machine binding, activation checks or subscription restrictions.
• Remove copyright notices, branding, licensing notices or security controls.
• Use unauthorized patches, loaders, cracks or modified versions of the software.
• Use the software for illegal, fraudulent or non-compliant business activities.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in Bechify POS, including software code, user interface, designs, logos, trademarks, databases, documentation, reports, cloud services and related materials, are owned by RedLionsTech.

Customers are granted only the limited right to use the software under these Terms. No source code, ownership, resale right or intellectual property right is transferred.

11. Cloud Services and Data

Certain features may require internet access, cloud synchronization, online dashboards, backup services, license validation or third-party infrastructure. Availability of online features may depend on internet connectivity, server availability, subscription status and technical conditions.

Customers are responsible for maintaining their own business records, backups, staff access controls and compliance with applicable laws.

12. FBR and Regulatory Compliance

Bechify POS may provide FBR digital invoicing features where applicable. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their business registration, NTN, STRN, tax settings, invoice data and regulatory usage are accurate and compliant with applicable law.

RedLionsTech provides software functionality but does not replace professional tax, legal or accounting advice.

13. Support

Support may be provided according to the customer’s license plan, subscription status and service agreement. Some support channels, response times, onboarding services, training or custom setup services may require additional fees or higher-tier plans.

License fees are primarily for the use of the software product and licensed services. Support is not guaranteed as unlimited unless expressly stated in a written agreement or plan description.

14. Termination

RedLionsTech may suspend or terminate a license if the customer violates these Terms, fails to pay, abuses the licensing system, tampers with the software, engages in unauthorized use, or uses the product in a way that may harm RedLionsTech or other users.

Termination does not remove the customer’s obligation to pay outstanding dues or charges already incurred.

15. Legal Enforcement

RedLionsTech reserves all rights available under applicable law to protect its software, licensing systems, subscriptions, intellectual property, business interests and customer ecosystem.

Software piracy, unauthorized distribution, license abuse, subscription fraud, unpaid commercial use, copyright infringement, tampering with activation systems or other violations may result in suspension, termination, recovery of unpaid fees, damages, injunctive relief and legal action where permitted by law.

16. Limitation of Liability

Bechify POS is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedLionsTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data loss, business interruption or regulatory penalties arising from use or inability to use the software.

17. No Warranty

While RedLionsTech works to provide reliable software, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every device, or suitable for every specific business requirement.

18. Changes to These Terms

RedLionsTech may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of Bechify POS after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
